Websites for Essex communities

Group chatting

Find out how you can create a community group website or just look for information about local groups, societies and organisations within your local community.

essexinfo.net is a free service to enable local community groups and parish and town councils to build and maintain websites. This will make it easier to find local community information and will also help you communicate with your community.
If you represent a sports club, charity, support group,  parish or town council then join us - and create your own website.

essexlife is a quick and easy way for people to find out about a wide range of local activities. It also provides an opportunity to get the details of your club, society or parish or town council into your community.

Working Together through Transition
Some changes are being made within the way we communicate. One of the first steps has been to improve the way that we communicate throughout the Transition Partnership and the creation of the Pathway Newsletter has started the ball rolling.

Pathway aims to get all the partners within the partnership to share information and news. The newsletter will be published quarterly and is aimed at Young People, Parents, Carers & Professionals.

We are also in the process of developing useful information materials that will make the transition process clearer for young people, parents, carers and professionals. These will be added to the site and will be downloadable for your reference. We will also be providing you with links to other useful websites and resources that offer support and guidance through the transition process.

Please visit this page again and keep up to date with the services and support that the Essex Transition partnership is able to offer you.

This includes a check on any complaints made about the business, a Companies House search and a check to see if there any outstanding County Court Judgements against the company or its directors.  Any workman entering a consumer's home has a Criminal Records Bureau check carried out, and their subcontractors either have a similar check, or are supervised at all times they are on site.
