The Travel Training Scheme run by Essex County Council is designed to compliment and enhance existing travel provision and to encourage and promote independence. It helps young people with special needs and adults with learning difficulties to develop skills to use public transport services. Passenger Transport Co-ordination Centre
The Passenger Transport Co-ordination Centre (PTCC) is responsible for procuring and monitoring the passenger transport needs of the County Council. It purchases over £40m worth of services on behalf of the Authority with the objective of integrating transport services, offering best value and ensuring quality of service to our customers. Free bus pass

Renewing your driving licence at 70 plus
